Many times I have been asked, “How do you get your bacon to cook without curling up?”
If you tray bacon on a baking sheet and bake it in the oven, the bacon won’t curl. I prefer to foil my pan and preheat it so I don’t have bacon outlines on my pan. Hail the bacon!
