The Buffet

Who doesn’t love a good buffet?  Bet you never thought about this little tidbit…

Average calories consumed at a buffet is 2,500.  At a Chinese buffet, up that average to 3,000 calories!  This is why it’s best just to avoid buffets altogether.  The sauces, dressings, desserts and the deep fried foods will definitely be your waist line’s worst enemy!

 Unlimited amounts of food are never a good thing.
