Valentine’s Day Dinner for my Valentine

My baby came home and this is what I made for her (from scratch)…

Appetizer-Poke (Ahi Tuna, Avocado, Shredded Carrot, Green Onion, Diced Vidalia Onion, Soya Sauce, Sesame Oil, Honey, Sea Salt, Jalapenos).

Main-Beef Wellington, Red Wine Sauce, Roasted Mini Potatoes & Cut Baby Carrots blanched then pan seared.


Dessert-White Chocolate Ganache filled Chocolate Ravioli, Whipped Cream, Strawberry Coulis, drizzled Caramel Sauce & a Strawberry Rose.
